DescriptionThis course is designed to introduce Graduate Assistants to the field of Composition and to facilitate their transition into USF’s composition pedagogy and practice. Graduate Assistants will review and discuss a number of issues and debates in the field of composition and teaching. They will also learn to produce the documents and materials necessary both for the courses that they are teaching and for their future professional lives. In addition, Graduate Assistants will be introduced to the university and the various services and organizations available to them and to their students.
